Hey!

Im trying to get nautilus working... But the ./configure command fails
on freetype2 akthough I have freetype2-2.0-1mdk and
freetype2-devel-2.0-1mdk installed.

actually I tried ./configure --prefix=/usr
--with-freetype-include-prefix=/usr/include/freetype2
--with-freetype-lib-prefix=/usr/lib

and get the following error:

configure:2570: checking for freetype/freetype.h
configure:2580: gcc -E -I/usr/include/freetype2  conftest.c >/dev/null
2>conftest.out
configure:2602: checking for FT_Init_FreeType in -lfreetype
configure:2621: gcc -o conftest -g -O2   conftest.c -lfreetype   1>&5
/usr/lib/libfreetype.so: undefined reference to `t1_driver_class'
/usr/lib/libfreetype.so: undefined reference to
`ft_raster1_renderer_class'
/usr/lib/libfreetype.so: undefined reference to `psaux_module_class'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
configure: failed program was:
#line 2610 "configure"
#include "confdefs.h"
/* Override any gcc2 internal prototype to avoid an error. */
/* We use char because int might match the return type of a gcc2
    builtin and then its argument prototype would still apply. */
char FT_Init_FreeType();

int main() {
FT_Init_FreeType()
; return 0; }

** Anyone has an idea??? ***

As far as evolution... If you look well, it's already in cooker :)

Cheers!

Patrick
