I just built it and came into the following:

The src.rpm builds in full with only one feature - lack of i686 
architecture on config names.
It compiles on 2.96 without visible features. (btw I built ALL 5-6 
previous kernels on 2.96)
Video4Linux drivers are broken and this is due to i2c. Isn't it the one 
patched from lm_sensors?
