tcsh-6.09.04-1.1mdk.src.rpm failed to compile on my system as I only had
groff-for-man-1.16.1-4mdk installed. I needed to install
groff-1.16.1-4mdk.
Either the tcsh package needs to have a dependancy for the groff package
added, or the tcsh package needs to use groff (the program, provided by
groff-for-man) instead.
I have a Mandrake 7.2 system with some gnome related packages updated
from Cooker.
