There's a fileconflict in this package:

rpm -Uvh kdelibs-devel-2.1-20001223.i586.rpm
kdelibs-sound-devel-2.1-20001223.i586.rpm
file /usr/include/kpixmapsplitter.h from install of
kdelibs-devel-2.1-20001223 conflicts with file from package
kdebase-devel-2.1-0.20001204.2mdk

Hopefully it'll be resolved with the release of the next kdebase...
