with 2.1 post beta 1, some kio's are missing.
I thought I'd find them in base or libs, but no:

[root@rocks jean]# rpm -q kdebase
kdebase-2.1-0.20001229.2mdk
[root@rocks jean]# rpm -q kdelibs
kdelibs-2.1-0.20001227.2mdk

[root@rocks kde2]# pwd
/usr/lib/kde2
[root@rocks kde2]# ls kio*
kio_audiocd.la* kio_finger.la* kio_help.la* kio_https.so* kio_nntp.la*
kio_tar.la*
kio_file.la* kio_ftp.la* kio_http.la* kio_info.la* kio_pop3.la*
kio_file.so* kio_ftp.so* kio_http.so* kio_man.la* kio_smb.la*
kio_filter.la* kio_gopher.la* kio_https.la* kio_nfs.la* kio_smtp.la*
[root@rocks kde2]#
