[Cooker] kcontrol will not launch.

Hello,

Everytime I try to launch kcontrol it appears but has no entries in the 
'index' or 'search' tabs. On the launch console is the message :

WARNING: No K menu group with X-KDE-KControl-Base=true found ! Defaulting to 
Settings/
