[Cooker] problems with Jade and docbook

I have created a docbook sgml document using lyx, but the document
cannot be converted to html using db2html.

It seems that
-the default cygnus.dsl is invalid inside db2html, I have replaced it by
stylesheets-1.57
-the jade command inside db2html is invalid

I'm using MDK7.2

What is happening ?
