No. It means that GCC-2.96 (gcc-2.96-0.33mdk) is the default compiler
for all archs except PPC which uses GCC-2.95 (gcc2.95-2.95.3-0.1mdk).
Reason is that we have to many problems with GCC-2.96 on PPC.

It also means that gcc2.95-2.95.3-0.1mdk have been only tested on PPC
and that an "ExclusiveArch: ppc" is included in its spec.

Please note that if both packages are available in Cooker SRPMS, only
gcc-2.96-0.33mdk is available in Cooker RPMS (i586).
