Hmmmmm..... to be exact:
- /usr/bin/sftp from openssh conflicts with (and can
replace) /usr/bin/sftp from sftp
- /usr/libexec/ssh/sftp-server from openssh contains all functionality
contained in /usr/(s)bin/sftpserv of sftp package
That's why I said it's obsolete.
