It is not an error :
GNOME compilation system is based on a set of scripts
(/usr/lib/bonoboConf.sh) which can be called
by a common wrapper : /usr/bin/gnome-config which is available from
gnome-libs-devel (Stefan, your
problem might be here).
The entire system will be redone with GNOME 2.0, by using pkgconfig (a
more generic wrapper).

Libglade checks against bonobo >=0.27 because it needs API from Bonobo
which is only
available since version 0.27. 

Stefan, you should check your config.log file, this will help us to
resolve your problem.
