[Cooker] Fwd: Busy PCI modem with kernel-2.4.3-10mdk

Can't get USR PCI 2976 OEM 56K modem (detected as 5610) working under
kernel-2.4.3-10mdk: kppp says that it is busy and HardDrake that it is a
winmodem. It works fine under kernel-2.4.2-7mdk or lower, without the help of
HardDrake.
