[Cooker] Webmin Config Probs

Err, that should have been Webmin.

PostgreSQL Web Module has the default config configured wrong.  Path 
should be:

/var/lib/pgsql/data/pg_hba.conf

Squid module is wrong too

should be:

/etc/squid/squid.conf

Once you guys start nailing down this distro, give it a look to see if 
there's anything I missed.
