[Cooker] Error regenerating lilo 2.4.3-17 enterprise

I had all the 24317 kernel files in their own directory and have installed 
both kernel and kernel-enterprise. I haven't rebooted yet.

Will there be a problem? I got a message saying there would be a lilo 
problem(see title) after the enterprise installed. When I tried a rpm -e 
kernel-enterprise-etc it said it wasn't installed?
