Well, this is misleading at the very least. It does not contain *plugins*
(as I believed first) - it contains interface to enable users of KDE to
use plugins from Netscape. To get actual plugins you still need Netscape
...

More appropriate would be "This package enables Konqueror to use Netscape
plugins. You still have to install plugins itself (e.g. netscape-plugins
package)"
