I've had this error for quite some time:
kcontrol: WARNING: No K menu group with X-KDE-BaseGroup=settings found !
Defaulting to Settings/
Of course I can copy the settings folder from /usr/share/applnk to
usr/share/applnk-mdk to get the menu back but this is not what I should be
doing. How do I get the K menu group that is required to get my kcontrol
working properly again.
When does the X-KDE-BaseGroup setting get created and how can I recreate it.
I've all ready installed all the latest KDE packages ...
