That's funny, my message never appeared.  It said something like:
My thought was that with Alan Cox's further merges, some more fixes will 
surface allowing chmouel juan and whoever else to focus on fixing aic. 
 I have refused to go beyond 2.4.4-3mdk because of warnings they gave a 
little while back...
