[Cooker] ogg123 plays ogg vorbis encoding but xmms doesn't

In the latest Cooker I seem to be able to create ogg vorbis files with
oggenc (using vorbis-tools-1.0-0.beta4.2mdk) that ogg123 (same
vorbis-toos package) can play but xmms (xmms-1.2.5-0.pre1.4mdk)
cannot.

Anyone else?
