[Cooker] Cooker install

Today's cooker install, recommended, went fine until Network Setup when
it said I had "no ethernet adapter has been detected". I skipped it.
Then after reboot,
"kernel panic: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on 21:05".
OK! The GTK loop is gone!!!
