[root@teich root]# /usr/sbin/update-passwd -v
Reading passwd from /usr/share/base-passwd/passwd.master
Reading group from /usr/share/base-passwd/group.master
Reading passwd from /etc/passwd
Reading shadow from /etc/shadow
Reading group from /etc/group
I also reported this problem quite some time ago. This also doesn't happen
all the time, but for sure it happened when going from 6mdk to 7mdk and from
7mdk to 8mdk
