php-tclink doesn't rebuild at the moment. It's got several problems:

- It needs BuildRequires: XFree86-devel
- the ./configure stops with:

configure:2295: checking for object suffix
configure:2301: gcc -c -g -O2  conftest.c 1>&5
configure:2321: checking for executable suffix
configure:2331: gcc -o conftest -g -O2   conftest.c -l -l -l  1>&5 
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -l-l
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

The maintainer seems to be jmdault.
