[Cooker] curious problem with drivetweak-kde

I had some problems packaging drivetweak-kde : the %configure macro seems to 
break something in generated-libtool script, resulting in this error message:
libtool: unrecognized option `--tag=CXX' 
Exporting CFLAGS and using ./configure script manually is OK tough, so  what 
can be the problem cause in %configure  ?
