I'm locked behind a firewall that only allows netscape as an ftp client,
and the ftpsite that texstar has set up has a maximum number of users
equal to ten, so downloading all the files I need is a real chore and
chews up a lot of my allocated student net time. Considering how popular
these packages are, they really need to be put onto a more accessable
mirror site. Hmm. I'll get in contact with the mirror.aarnet.edu.au
manager and see what he can do.
