Secure level = 4.

1. Change TMPDIR for xinetd to /tmp
2. Add "ALL: ALL" to /etc/hosts.allow

How do I minimize the second step? "fam: ALL", "sgi_fam: ALL", "xinetd:
ALL"..... ?
