Seems my original answer to cooker didn't pass, so here it is again:
[root@silbermann guillaume]# packdrake -l /var/lib/urpmi/hdlist.jpackage.cz
packdrake: mismatch count when reading toc, bad archive file
/var/lib/urpmi/hdlist.jpackage.cz
Also, i have this problem both on my laptop (self-build package) and on my
workstation (regular package), both using rpmtools-3.1-4mdk
