I updated yesterday in hope to enjoy new Evolution. All Gnome applications (Evolution itself and gnomecc I tried) are now using ISO-8859-1 font for Russian messages. Evolution can't find font for Russian dates in message display (rectangles). Settings for HTML viewer in gnomecc remained the same (checked after starting with LANGUAGE=en).
I remember yesterday some post about removing and regenerating Gnome config but cannot find it in archives (I do not know if it applicable). Any idea? -andrej
