because netfilter peolpe changed (again) the format of internal
tables, and new iptables will not work with old kernels, and old
iptables will not work with new kernels :(

This time we are supposed to be able to use iptables directly with
kernel-linux.

Dependencies/conflicts are right, we are trying to get a easier path
for upgrades.
