A little while ago I found out that by making a 'Documents' directory within a users home created a button withing gnome while using 'Open', 'Save', 'Save As'.
By default there is 'Home' and 'Desktop' buttons, if that directory is there a new button will appear called Documents. Maybe cooker can utilize this for the desktop user by creating a Documents directory when creating a new user?
