Well, it's getting close to the release, and my Gnome background still is not loaded automatically.
I use Gnome with gmc, no nautilus and no bg setup in Sawfish. If I set a workspace bg in Sawfish, it loads but not as the root window, so Eterm, xchat or xscreensaver cannot use it. As soon as I manually set the bg in gnomecc, everything works fine. Not very nice. =-= kk1
