Oups, oh yes, I think we can add a default .rpmrc and .rpmmacros so, to avoid
compiling as root or to change it by default in global configuration so that
user can compile cleanly, after adding a symlink for /root/RPM to /usr/src/RPM
will keep compability if root compile programs.
