Hello, 1) Reminder i have tried to install MDK8.2Beta 2 on my desktop machine. I still have problems with wireless configuration. I already mentioned them for beta1. Someone from the list also have them (see Frederic Soulier email). The message is "wlan_cs rpm not found ". I happen during network configuration. After this there is no way to finished installation properly. This was just a reminder for the thread i post before. I can (re)send informations if needed. Thanks for the wireless parameters configurator. It's a little bit buggy for now but it's a great idea.
2) Card detection I have installed MDK8.2 B2 on a Dell Latitude C600 Laptop. I have a network card 3C556 (modem + ethernet) and a PCMCIA wireless Compaq WL100 (orinoco). During install the network card (3com) is recognized but modem and Wireless card are not. After installation i can configure the wireless card with the Mandrake control center. So the card is detected after but not during install.
