Attached are the release notes from Martin Sevior. Not as complete as changelog (which covers a ton more bugfixes), but easier to read (intended for end-users i believe). Actually, I could go ahead and attach both ;). Note that the changelog is a few days prior to tag. so it misses a bunch of last minute stuff. These files appear to be in abiword's format (?).
