Galeon follows the same version system as the kernel, ie 1.0 is stable, 1.1 is devel, and 1.2 is supposed to be released this week. I was talking to some of the galeon developers the other day, and they pretty much refuse to talk about 1.0.x anymore... supposedly 1.3.1 is *much* more stable.
