In /etc/X11/Xsession, is there a reason to _merge_ the userresources instead of _load_'ing them? I'm talking about lines 49 and 53. If I don't change these to -load, things in $HOME/.Xdefaults get ignored. It makes sense, if the user puts some settings in their local config file, they are trying to override the system defaults and should be allowed to do so.
