[Cooker] keyboard map loaded several times during startup (initscripts)

Hi,
this is not dangerous bug but it looks ugly. Loading keyboard map
(loadkeys/keytable) is called several times during init process -
for example after mounting local disks and after mixer settings
(aumix) again.
