[Cooker] support for acer portable 202T not on network.img or pcmcia.img

I got gc to solve my problem with my Acer laptop, a Travelmate 202T
and the beta4 boots and installs, but the images network.img and
pcmcia.img do not recognize my pcmcia bus and network card.
