[Cooker] M8.1rc1 : ne2000 io=0x300 not detected during install

M8.1rc1 : ne2000 ISA (longshine) io=0x300 not detected during install.
No way to give the io parameter during install.
No problem to give it after install.
The problem allready existed in M8.1
