Yay, I was about to ask for this (it really stuffs up with netscape,
which is otherwise a very good imap client).

A related question: I setup email for a small company last week with rc1
(and snf also), running postfix/courier/maildrop and a custom script to
send notifications of new mail via windows popups. However, I found that
maildrop only worked (called from postfix's main.cf in the place where
procmail normally is) when the users had a real shell (and not, for
example, /bin/false). My previous setups, with postfix/uw-imap/procmail
and the same script worked fine with /bin/false as a shell.
