Whilst installing a 8.2 to a adsl connected box, pppoe is started very late in the boot process (order 99 I think). Shouldn't it be started basically where other network functions are started (order 10)? It's just yet another network.
The problem is that some other processes try to use internet at boot time (NTP time syncing for example), and they will fail because the connection is not yet up. Teemu
