easy to post on the list you must be registered to recieve the list. If you're not registered, the mail program responds to the user confirming they want to post, and asking them to register.
Try it from a hotmail account you haven't registered to recieve cooker. You'll find it will reject you and ask you to register, or send it anyways. Either way, the auto mailers won't respond to the provided link. To stupid.
