Just noticed something odd.  Unlike KDE2.2, the KDE3 file had "Popup
Launch Menu" under both the "[Global Keys]" and the "[Global
Shortcuts]".  The one in the Shortcuts section is correct.  Anybody else
see it in both sections, or is it just a left-over from an early beta?
