I loaded the latest Cooker on my machine (install went fine except for the 0 byte gnome-vfs-extras as reported earlier)
Now Mozilla doesn't run AT ALL - no errors, when I try to run it from the command line it simply doesn't run. Also, there are still a few glitches with KDE3 and the konfigurator and the kpanel not accepting the changes until re-login. My question for you experts out there is: I though the KDE3 from Cooker was supposed to install in /opt/kde3 now? This appears not to be the case. I REALLY like Texstar's KDE 3.01 RPMS, but they install in /opt/kde3 and NOT /usr . . . . So what's going on here and how do I "upgrade" the install to Texstar's KDE 3.01 stuff . . . Many thanks, R.Fox
