 rpm -q --requires xine-plugins-win32
xine-plugins = 0.9.12
win32-codecs  

If you want it to be otherwise you will have to write your own spec and
build the rpms.

plf rpms are the same as those which would appear in Mandrake If it were
not for legal reasons (copyright/license/patent).
