[Cooker] 9.0 Beta 1 undefined modem

Hi,

I have a SmartLink "Plug & Surf modem" model number 5634PCV SurfRider.
/proc/pci identifies it as the following. 

Bus  0, device  13, function  0:
Communication controller: TOPIC SEMICONDUCTOR Corp TP560 Data/Fax/Voice
56k modem (rev 0).
   IRQ 17.
   I/O at 0xd800 [0xd807].
 
This modem is a hardware modem with Linux support. Unfortunately
Harddrake is not aware of this modem.
