[Cooker] Beta 3 (ouch!): Printer error during install

During the install, I opted to autodetect my printer. It correctly
identified my HP Officejet D135, but gave the following error and aborted:
"Could not open /etc/ptal/mlc:usb:officejet_d_series for writing"
