I'd like to improve the graphics on a SiS 645 board too. The screen flickers.

I changed the "horiz" and "vert" entries to match the monitor specs but
that gave no improvement.

The "SiS' driver results in "Frequency out of range" on the low side.

Is there an easy way to fix this?
