Ok. I have seen this before, and also I remember solving it before by adding the line in question, but this time the line is in the file and I do not know how to solve it:
"Warning: String "include-menu-defs" didn't occur in example file /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/mwm//system.mwmrc-menu" This happens every time update-menus is run when lesstif-mwm is installed. I also noted that update-menus generate the files "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/mwm/system.mwmrc" and "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/mwm/menudefs.hook", and the former is just a copy of "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/mwm/system.mwmrc-menu" but with the first character of every line truncated!
