[Cooker] kdebindings needs build-requires and gcc3.2

The kdebindings-3.0.2-1mdk needs to have libpcre0-devel and
libalsa2-devel added to buildrequires, and it needs to be recompiled
against gcc 3.2 as well. I couldn't install it until I had recompiled
with 3.2.
