Probably? IIRC, RC means Release Candidate - if it is not ready to be released as final, there is next RC, and next, until one of the RC's is good to be released as final. Am I right? RC1 has serious problems with drakconf (those GTK errors), so IMO it shouldn't become final no matter what. So there need to be RC2.
