What about a dialog box telling user that he needs to do that and if he can't do that then he could try using Instal with floppy. And it shouldn't just reboot because you can be doing something in Windows and it doesn't even ask you if you wan't to reboot now. So more information is needed before reboot. And user also has to confirm or be able to cancel reboot. -- Live long and prosper!
