For all the things Mandrake got right, I can't believe they'd freeze a segfaulting everybuddy instead of allowing in a newer version that actually works. I realize it's not a critical piece of software, so I'll try to make this comparison relavent... It's like Ford putting out a car without putting a good fuse in the accessory fuse socket. Sure the car runs and most people may never notice, but anyone going to use the cigarette lighter, or plugging in a CB, cell phone charger, etc is going to have to go out of their way to fix the problem before they can use that nice little extra. (Of course, Ford has a bigger market share than Mandrake, so the stink raised would be quite a bit larger.)
